A new cinematic has been unleashed upon us, showcasing Winston’s efforts to recall the former agents of Overwatch back to active duty. To get a clearer sense of why Winston is doing this, it might help to watch the Recall short, but I wouldn’t call it necessary. Pharah was well on her way toward earning a position with Overwatch before the agency was disbanded. A former officer in the Egyptian military, she has worked hard to earn her position as well as the loyalty of those who report to her. Pharah’s primary weapon is a Rocket Launcher which deals significant damage in a wide radius. She also has Jump Jets built into her Raptora Mark VI armor which allow her to gain a tactically superior position above an engagement.
