The Payload Podcast Ep. 33: One Hero Limited Edition

by - 8 years ago

You know what they say: The world could always use more heroes! On The Payload, your hosts Jimmy, John, and Kevin will look at all things Overwatch: News, Esports, gameplay, and more. Join the boys every Thursday for the live stream, or download our audio episodes Fridays!

In Ep. 33, we’re back to the normal crew! Here’s what we talked about:

  • Blizzard has announced what’s in this year’s BlizzCon Goodie Bag (in a Box)
  • Blizzard and Dark Horse Comics have teamed up for a series of Overwatch graphic novels. The first in the series will be Overwatch: First Strike.
  • Multiple patches hit in the last week addressing round length and balance changes in the game.
  • ELeague & FaceIt have announced a $300,000 Overwatch tournament in London.
  • Lastly, the guys talk about how 1 hero limited has affected Overwatch and how to best adapt as a player.
