- Damage decrease from 70 to 45
- Time before reloading decrease from 0.75 seconds to 0.3 seconds (Probably reverse patch form this)

- Base damage decrease from 15 to 12 (damage multiplier from charging doesn’t change)
- Headshot damage multiplier increase from x2 to x2.5
- Player can only re-enter “sniping mode” after the “exit snipe mode” animation finish
- Infra-Sight (Ult)
- Ultimate charge cost increased by 10%
- Alternate fire (Snipe)
- Bug Fixed
- Improve custom game “High bandwidth Mode” stability
- Mercy will no longer charge her ult if her right click target is shooting shield or ice wall
- Reaper will no longer teleport to weird places
- Fix some bugs in Dorado (Should include the Symmetra one)
Sorry if I translate anything wrong, you should check here where the offical patch note will come.
McCree gets quite the damage nerf which was absolutely needed as this forces him to actually land nearly all of those Fan the Hammer shots where as before he really only needed to land a couple. This also makes it harder for him to take out tanks as fast as he could.
Widowmaker will still do the same damage she does on headshots (so that’s not a buff), but he body damage has been reduced.
These balance changes look like they were put in place to have less skillful players dominate with these 2 characters, while still having them be good picks for more skillful players who could land those Widowmaker headshots or McCree Fan the Hammer hits more consistently.
Are you happy with these changes? Let us know in the comments.
Just to clarify, Fan the hammer headshots deal no extra damage
